The perfect lunch - amidst the very lovely garden centre. Simple but delicious lovingly-prepared food - totally seasonal and as local as possible. A very special place to be and a perennial favourite - when you can get a reservation/make the journey to Petersham. Also a little café for soups and goodies - and a really nice place to hang out in good weather. The garden centre has many nice things to buy too.

One of my favorite London restaurants. Shabby chic conservatory setting and outstanding food.

Lunch at a garden centre sounds naff but this is the most beautiful garden centre and setting. Short menu but the food is fantastic.

My absolute favourite place for lunch or tea. Skye Gylinhall cooks like a goddess and you munch away sitting on French antique garden furniture surrounded by shrubs and flowers. Outside is gorgeous in summer but heated greenhouses make sure you are snug and dry in winter. Approached down a country lane and only 25 minutes from Chelsea!
