The only reason to come here is Scuba Diving. (See Blue Water Divers www.grandturkscuba.com). The macro life and coral is amazing. Not so much in the way of sharks and bigger things. The Island has one street and a couple of restaurants and that's it but the diving is great and the island is laid back. Get one of the rooms upstairs with a balcony. Its charming and low key. They have a cosy restaurant.
