Style-y, luxurious but relaxed and a lovely place to just hang out for a few days - whether riding their lovely whilte Camargue horses or not. Food was excellent but quite formal - fine for one or two dinners - but other places close by - like the totally gorgeous La Telline.

Perfect place to hide away for a few days. Ride the Camarge horses through the marshland in the morning.(Beware of the mosquitos) Chill by the pool in the afternoon. Delicious food. In the winter you eat in the kitchen in the summer on the terrace.
