More of an experience than a restaurant. One of only a few Michelin starred restaurants serving vegetarian food. On my last visit my appetizer was served with a stone and an ice cube to be touched whilst eating, to experience the difference between them and the food. A better experience than it sounds.

Definitely worth the experience. On first sight of the menu I thought it was incredibly pretentious, but I was won over by the impressive presentation and ultimately the taste. Not just a meal but an experience. Afterwards the chef Pietro came and sat for a drink and chat with us, enthusing us with his passion.
