Aristan Roast attracts a very interesting and eclectic crowd for one v good reason, it serves the best coffee in Edinburgh. They pride themselves on top quality and roast the beans that have come from estates, co-operatives and collectives themselves. Its v low key and there is a wood burning stove at the back. Presentation is perfect and the staff are true 'coffee givers'. They supply many, many top locations throughout Scotland and the UK. all welcome. Rachel m
