Hillarious moment recently when owner Tom Conran came in wearing his motorcycle leathers holding a box of cakes and a new member of staff mistook him for a courier. Typical, understated Tom who has three brilliant establishments in W11 - Tom's, Lucky 7 and The Cow. Go to Tom's for breakfast, Lucky 7 for diner style lunch and The Cow for dinner. Pehaps not on the same day.
