The moment you walk in the door you pick up that buzz which only comes from a place where the owners are serious about food, how it's cooked and where it's sourced. There is a fantastic café with a daily specials board and a huge variety of vegetarian salads that come with main courses or on their own. All the usual suspects are on the cake and pudding counter - and save enough time to do a little shopping in the grocery section - or a lot of shopping as in my case - cheaper than London too.

Lovely food shop and buzzy café. Hurrah for their commitment to local, sustainable etc. There's another branch in Brighton too now, I think.
